Acceptance

The My Rewards benefits website (“the site”) is hosted by My Staff Shop Limited (“MSS”) and provided to M Group Services Limited and all subsidiary companies (“we”, “us”, “our”) for use by our employees (“you”, “your”). The site and all of the benefits and services available through it are non-contractual unless otherwise stated.

By registering to use the site you acknowledge and accept the My Rewards Terms and Conditions set out in this document and the My Staff Shop Terms and Conditions as set out in a separate document which is also available on the site.

Registration

When registering as a user of the site you should always you use your personal email address and contact details, i.e. postal address, telephone number etc. Business email addresses, contact details and company passwords are not to be used when registering on the site or procuring goods, products and services through the site.

This will ensure that any goods, products or services that you procure through the site will be registered to you at your home address and that you are able to contact the providers of any such goods, products or services at any time*. This will also ensure that you and your family have access to all of the offers and services available on the site 24 hours a day, 7 days a week*.

Privacy and Data Processing

By registering to use the site you acknowledge and accept the terms of the My Staff Shop Privacy Notice as set out in a separate document available on the site.

We will only share your personal information with MSS, limited to that required to facilitate your registration on the site. Your further personal information will only be shared with MSS or any other third party provider whose goods, products or services you have opted to procure or are registering to procure through the site. The data we share, if any is required by the provider, will be limited to that required to enable the processing of any transactions related to the goods, products or services that you have procured or are attempting to procure through the site.

When engaging with or entering into an arrangement with the providers of such goods, products or services you do so on an entirely voluntary basis. By doing so it is your responsibility to understand and accept any privacy and data processing policies, notices and requirements of those providers before you share your personal information with them. We are not responsible for or liable for any issues, losses, consequences or unsatisfactory outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from the providers of those goods, products or services holding or processing your personal data.

Site Engagement

Whilst making these goods, products and services available to you through the site, neither we nor any of our representatives are making or will make any form of recommendation to you about the goods, products and services that are available through MSS or any other third party provider. It is your responsibility to ensure that you fully understand the nature of any transaction you are entering into and any short and longer term commitment that you are making with that provider, financial or otherwise.

When entering into a financially regulated transaction, e.g. a loan or insurance product, it is your responsibility to satisfy yourself that the provider is meeting its regulatory requirements and we recommend that you seek independent financial advice where appropriate.

For a limited number of products and services, the ability for you to make payments to the third party provider by way of a deduction directly from your payroll is available. You will be notified of this by the provider during the procurement process and by entering into such an agreement with the provider you agree to those payroll deductions being made by us. We will then make payment to the provider within an agreed timeframe.

By engaging with or procuring the goods, products or services that are available through the site from MSS or another third party provider, you agree that it is your responsibility to understand, accept and abide by their terms and conditions of business.

We are not party to any dispute between you and the provider of any goods, products or services that you have engaged with, procured or attempted to procure through the site and any questions, issues or complaints must be addressed directly to the provider. We are not responsible for or liable for any service issues, losses, consequences or any other unsatisfactory outcomes, financial or otherwise, resulting from your engagement with a provider on the site and/or the provision of goods, products or services that you have procured through the site.

Eligibility

As an employee of M Group Services Limited or one of our subsidiary companies you are eligible to participate in the non-contractual benefits available through the My Rewards site, subject to any restrictions set out by the provider of the goods, products and services available.

Upon commencing employment with us, you will be invited to register for the benefits available through the site within a reasonable time of joining the company. We will aim to issue an invitation to you within one month of your start date where practically possible but this is not guaranteed.

Upon leaving employment with us you will continue to have free access to the site for 50 day after your last day of employment, after which you will no longer be eligible to access the goods, products and services provided by us and your free access to the site will be removed. Once notice to terminate your employment has been given, either by you or by us, access to some of the benefits available through the My Company Benefits section of the site may be withdrawn in line with any restrictions set out by the provider.

Upon leaving employment with us you are immediately responsible for making payments directly to the provider for any goods, products and services which were previously paid via a payroll deduction. We are not responsible for, and will not make any further payments to the provider of any such goods, products and services after your last day of employment, except for those payments already deducted through your payroll but not yet paid over to the provider.
