We were delighted to come together to celebrate our people at the third annual Beyond Expectations Award ceremony.
An opportunity to recognise the people and teams that have delivered exceptional performance and results across M Group Services over the last year, our 2024 ceremony brought together colleagues from across our business at One Marylebone, London on Wednesday 20 October.
This year, we were thrilled to be joined by John Amaechi, well-known and respected organisational psychologist, best-selling author and public speaker, who introduced the ceremony with an inspiring talk for our award nominees.
The ceremony celebrated people and teams across 19 awards, from the ‘Outstanding Contribution to Client Delivery’ Award, to the ‘Rising Star’ Award, with some new categories for 2024, including ‘Apprentice of the Year’ Award.

The Team of the Year Award celebrates a team that strives to deliver in support of our colleagues and clients.
The Inclusion and Diversity Award highlights individuals or teams which have demonstrated a measurable impact on promoting diversity and inclusion, improving workplace culture and fostering a more inclusive community.
The Contribution to Inclusive Workplaces Award celebrates individuals or teams demonstrating a clear commitment to inclusion and diversity by driving change and positively enabling access to opportunities for all.
The Championing Innovation in the Workplace Award recognises an individual/ team which has successfully created or implemented a new way of working.
The Safe Individual Award acknowledges someone that places the health and safety of everyone at the forefront of everything they do.
The Safe Team Award highlights the team putting everyone’s health and safety at the forefront of their work.
The Collaborative Working Award recognises those who look for solutions to aid their team or colleagues to carry out their duties.???
The Health & Wellbeing Champion Award recognises those who look for solutions to aid their team or colleagues to carry out their duties.
The Environmental Sustainability Award celebrates an individual or team that works in a sustainable and responsible manner.
The Community Leader Award recognises an individual, or team, that has taken great care to support the local communities in which we work.
The Community Hero Award recognises a team or individual which has made a significant contribution to their community through saving a life or contributing towards social value that has administrated first aid or benefited the quality of life for someone or the wider community.
The Outstanding Contribution to Client Delivery Award highlights an individual or team that demonstrates exceptional commitment to supporting the needs of our clients.
The Apprentice of the Year Award recognises an apprentice who demonstrates exceptional skills, knowledge and competence.
The Graduate of the Year Award recognises a graduate who has shown a commitment to continuous learning and professional development and positive contributions to the business.
The Rising Star Award celebrates those who have made impressive progress in their career to date and have the potential to go even further.
The Inspiration of the Year Award recognises an individual or team who have inspired others, with a positive attitude towards overcoming obstacles.
The Role Model of the Year Award acknowledges?an individual or team that has inspired others with exceptional leadership, serving as a role model for colleagues, providing guidance and professional development in the workplace.
The Lifetime Achievement Award is reserved for an individual who has dedicated many years to working within our business, helping to shape M Group Services, making a real mark on those who have had the privilege of working with them.
