APPRENTICESHIP DEVELOPMENT SCHEME (ADS)

Apprentices have the opportunity to undertake our award-winning EU Skills endorsed Apprenticeship Development Scheme (ADS) alongside their apprenticeship standard. The ADS is a blend of online and face-to-face sessions, involving soft skills development and mental health/pastoral care support. Some elements of the scheme are residential, which enables our apprentices to network with colleagues from across operating businesses.

There are 6 parts to the programme

 

Underpinning the programme are frequent 121s and progress reviews with our Divisional Emerging Talent Managers, Line Managers and/or Mentors. Here to support you every step of the way
