M Group Services announces it has acquired OVO Energy’s revenue protection service business. With a revenue of c.£10 million, OVO Energy’s revenue protection service business unit offers a full end-to-end revenue protection service including energy theft investigation.
With around 100 people operating long-term contracts with energy supply businesses and DNOs, this acquisition helps to enhance our capabilities and offering to our clients, recognising the increasing focus on revenue protection.
The business is being rebranded to Seeka and will operate under the leadership of David Dale, Director of Installation Services and his leadership team, reporting into Simon Best, Managing Director of the M Group Services Energy Division. Seeka will sit alongside Morrison Data Services, Morrison Energy Services, Callisto and Protect My Property.

The acquisition of OVO Energy's revenue protection service business unit will take the total number of acquisitions made by M Group Services to 16 since December 2016.
