As part of the natural evolution of our organisation I have been discussing with the Board the development of the senior leadership team and the enactment of a planned succession for the senior roles in the business.

At the end of this calendar year I will step down from my executive role of CEO, which I am very proud to have held for the last 6 years, to become Deputy Chairman of the group and remain totally committed to the business and its future success.

On the same date Andrew Findlay, currently CFO, will be appointed CEO. Andrew joined the business nearly 8 months ago, having held plc Board positions at easyJet and Halfords. During the remainder of this year, Andrew and I will work together to ensure a successful transition including the appointment of a new CFO to report to Andrew.

Recognising these changes, Richard Sykes has chosen to leave the business. I would like to thank Richard for his support and commitment to the business over the last year and wish him well in the future.

The Board remains committed to the strategy of the business and we are confident that these changes will strengthen the business. Our priority will continue to be on broadening our capabilities whilst maintaining our focus on safely providing exceptional services to our clients and their customers and providing a rewarding workplace for us all.

If you have any questions please refer them to Kirsty Crouch.

Many thanks,

Jim Arnold

Chief Executive
