Talking about mental health has the power to change lives.

Today is Time to Talk Day. Organised by Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, it’s a day encouraging friends, families, workplaces and communities to come together and talk.

At M Group Services we encourage our people to put their mental health first. As part of this, we have a number of services available for those who might be struggling or know someone who needs support.

We are proud to have over 650 Mental Health First Aiders (MHFA). Our MHFAs are available to support those across the Group who need it.

To celebrate Time To Talk Day, we wanted to share a video of some of our people and what they do to take care of themselves.

Here are some reasons why Time to Talk Day is important:

Talking helps create supportive communities which can empower us to seek help when we need it.

By opening up the conversation about mental health, we can support both ourselves and others in times of difficulty.

One in four of us will experience poor mental health each year, so it’s important to highlight support that is available.
