This annual showcase gives a snapshot of how we operate, the opportunities, packages, and policies we offer and how to pursue a career with us.
As a holder of the Armed Forces Covenant Gold Award, more than 500 Armed and Ex-Armed Forces personnel make up our workforce and are in a variety of roles, such as Safety, Health, Environment, Quality (SHEQ) Managers, Project Managers, Office Administrators and more. Their transferable skills contribute real value and a wealth of experience to our business, empowering and leading others to develop and succeed.
Together they make up a supportive community who have access to over 600 Mental Health First Aiders, an additional 10 days of annual leave for reservist activities and Employee Assistance Programmes.
